Volunteers have geared up to improve technical literacy among students with the Verizon instruction program of “Visual Basic WizKidz”.

Volunteers are currently working phase three with children at four local Boys & Girls Clubs to give them a glimpse into the world of Information Technology by learning computer programming utilizing Visual Basic. They have to be prepared to handle tomorrow’s technology-driven economy,” he said.
