SUMMARY:Smart Girls & Passport to Manhood Camp
DESCRIPTION:The Smart Girls & Passport to Manhood Camp will be a three-day\, overnight stay for male and female Club members at the Lakeview Camp & Retreat Center in Waxahachie. There will be fun activities such as making smores around a campfire\, blacklight dodgeball\, ziplining\, lake activities\, swimming\, social recreation games\, and more. Sessions will include identity\, self-care\, conquering fears\, and self-reflection facilitated by dynamic speakers. \nTwenty girls and twenty boys can attend this camp. Below are the following criteria needed to be eligible: \n\nParticipants must have an active membership at a BGCD Club\nParticipated in Smart Girls or Passport to Manhood program within the last year\nBe a Club member between 10-18 years of age at the time of the camp\n\nApplications should be submitted by no later than Monday\, August 21\, 2023\, by close of business.
