90-Day Report

We stopped introducing ourselves.
We got to work.

Ninety days in, the story is no longer about who leads this organization. It's about what's happening inside our clubs every single day. Eight hundred and twenty kids showed up yesterday. They came for tutoring, for sports, for drone training, for a safe place to be. That's the mission. That's what this report is about.

Youth Voice

Our kids have
something to say.

The most powerful thing we can do is put a microphone in front of our members and let them speak. This young woman represents thousands of kids across Greater Dallas who are ready, capable, and worth investing in.

New Partnership

Girl Scouts. Coming to our clubs.

BGCD and Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas have partnered to launch troop programming at our Oak Cliff, West Dallas, and East Dallas clubs starting April 2026. Up to 60 participants will receive membership, leadership training, and curriculum support. Girl-centered. Community-rooted. Exactly the kind of partnership NORTHSTAR 2030 is built around.

Organizational Milestones

What we built so kids get more.

Record Q1 Grant

$250,000 from Santander Bank — the largest single early-year gift in our history.

Organizational Restructure

Rebuilt for future stability. Every role aligned to mission and positioned to serve more kids better.

Monthly Impact Reporting

Replaced annual reporting with monthly data so this board leads with visibility, not guesswork.

Community Partnerships

Real commitments changing how members access healthcare, mental health, workforce training, and literacy support.

Advocacy

We took our kids to Washington.

Capitol Hill meetings with Senator Ted Cruz's office and congressional leaders. We brought a youth ambassador because the most powerful argument for this mission is letting our members speak for themselves.

A Personal Note

This mission
is personal.

Before I was the CEO, I was a Club kid. I grew up playing basketball and football at the Boys & Girls Club of Burkburnett, Texas. These photos are me.

When I look at our 820 kids showing up every day, I see myself. That's not a talking point. That's why I took this job.

yesterday.

Tomorrow we show up and do it again. That's the whole thing. I'm proud of what this team has built and fully committed to making the next 90 days serve even more kids, even better.

Let's go.
